Hello,
I am a Restorative & Cosmetic Dentist based out of Springfield, MO at Access Dental, Dentures, & Implants. I am grateful to have the ability to craft and document smiles, focus on cutting-edge dentistry, and have an impact on oral health around the world.

III · About Me
From Allentown, PA to the World!
I was born in Limerick, Ireland, and raised in the United States. I studied Health Policy and Administration at Penn State, earned my Doctorate in Dental Surgery from New York University, and completed my General Practice Residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA.
Most recently, I earned my Fellowship in Surgical Implantology and Prosthetics from the Resnick Implant Institute. The learning doesn’t stop there—board certification in Oral Implantology is my next pursuit.
Give me a camera and I’m happy. I photograph everything—food, friends, and above all, my dental work. When I’m not behind a lens, I’m usually chasing a thrill: ziplining, skydiving, the occasional leap of faith.
I’m a relentless reader; my head is always in a book. I love to teach—especially dentistry—and I’m drawn to pushing past the accepted to reach something better.
This site is my studio: a home for dental photography, case discussion, and everything I love about the craft. Stay a while.

How did it start?
Mind Body and Roots was born from a simple idea: the best lives are built from alignment, not just achievement. In a world that often pushes people to chase status, titles, and productivity, I wanted to create something that went deeper—something that explored the full picture of what it means to grow.
The mind represents curiosity, learning, perspective, and personal evolution.
The body represents discipline, health, energy, and the physical foundation that carries us through life.
The roots represent where we come from—our values, relationships, culture, faith, and the legacy we hope to build.
This podcast is a space for thoughtful conversations about life, dentistry, leadership, mentorship, growth, and the human experiences that shape us. My goal is to share conversations that inspire people not only to succeed, but to stay grounded in who they are while becoming who they are meant to be.
