Dental implants started in the 80s, and have come a long way from when we first started. The price point for implant placement and restoration can be costly but it is the closest replacement to a tooth we as dental surgeons can provide. Feel free to ask any questions or concerns you may have!

An implant was placed and gums were sutured. This healing process takes about two weeks.

The implant here just “taps” the sinus making it have a stronger hold since the upper jaw in the back has generally softer bone. The implant will take 3-4 months to heal and then a crown will be placed.
