It all began with an idea. The patient presented with a space between teeth #3 and #5. The patient was presented with the option to have an implant placed, however, due to lack of bone an implant was no longer an option. A PFZ Bridge was instead treatment planned with a slightly longer pontic due to cover the loss of bone. Overall, the patient was satisfied with the outcome.
